payment method

1. Credit card

When you place an order, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and the payment will be processed in real time.

Acceptable cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB

Other Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Paydy

2. Convenience store payment (prepayment) *only in Japan

Payment can be made at all convenience stores below. The fee is a uniform 190 yen. As soon as we have confirmed that the payment has been completed, we will process the shipment of the product.

Notes on Convenience Store Payment

*You cannot specify the delivery date and time when ordering.

*After completing your order, you cannot change the convenience store or change the payment method.

*Orders whose payment deadline has expired will be cancelled.

*Payments with a total amount exceeding 300,000 yen cannot be made.

After ordering the product, please make a transfer to the following bank account within the specified date (within approximately 5 days). After confirming payment, we will ship the item within 3 business days. If for some reason the transfer is delayed, please let us know.

For shipping charges

We will calculate the shipping cost based on each product.

For orders with a total amount of 15,000 yen or more, the product will be delivered free of charge nationwide.

About delivery days

if in stock

・Orders placed before 12:00 on business days (limited to orders for which the payment method is cash on delivery and payment has been confirmed) will be shipped on the same day. Orders after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.

・Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or our company's regular holidays (summer, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.) will be shipped the next business day.

・The arrival date may be delayed due to the circumstances of the delivery company, such as consecutive holidays, the mid-year gift/year-end gift season, and weather. Thank you for your understanding.

Out of stock

・Please note that if the desired product is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel the order.


We will only accept returns and exchanges of ordered products in the following cases, as long as they are unused and within 7 days of arrival.

·Initial failure

・If the product is damaged during shipping (damage to the product package, etc., to protect the product is not covered)

・Incorrect product due to our mistake

* We do not treat the color of the image as a defect on our part. If you would like to know more about colors, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.

If the above is recognized, we will correspond by exchange or return.

*Please contact us by email within 7 days after arrival regarding initial defective products. We will respond promptly. In that case, we will bear the shipping cost for the return or exchange.

In addition, we cannot accept returns (refunds) or exchanges for products that fall under the following items.
